Show off your skills in the Math Fair Poster Contest
Category I:
Mathematics Poster Contest
This year's theme is “Island Innovators: Mathematics Powering The Future."
To create your poster, choose any of the following topics:
-
Mathematics for a Sustainable Caribbean.
-
Forecasting the Future.
-
How Mathematics Powers Technology.
Participants are allowed to enter both sections in one of three levels:
-
Junior: Forms 1-3
-
Intermediate: Forms 4-5
-
Advanced: Form 6, N1 and Equivalent
Groups are allowed to have up to three participants from any form of the same level.
Submissions Open: Friday 14th November, 2025.
Submissions Close: Thursday 22nd January, 2026.
Category II:
Statistics Poster Contest
This contest emphasizes statistical literacy, requiring participants to investigate a real-world problem or question using appropriate data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
The theme is open—participants may explore any topic of interest.
Participants are allowed to enter both sections in one of three levels:

Junior: Forms 1-3
-
Intermediate: Forms 4-5
-
Senior: Form 6, N1 and Equivalent
-
Advanced: Tertiary Level Undergraduate Students at UWI, UTT or USC
Groups are allowed to have up to five participants from any form of the same level.
Submissions Open: Monday 1st December, 2025.
Submissions Close: Thursday 22nd January, 2026.
Note: Selected participants may be asked to make a short oral presentation on their poster at the UWI Math Fair 2026 on Thursday 5th February 2026.
